At KloutHome, we want you to love your premium stainless steel kitchenware. This Policy explains our 100-Day Satisfaction Guarantee, our separate 1-Year Limited Warranty, and exactly how to make a claim. Please read it carefully and contact us before returning any item — see "How to Start a Return or Claim" below.
Please contact us first. Our products are shipped from an international fulfillment center. Do not ship any item back to us without first contacting support@klouthome.com and receiving a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a return address. Items sent back without authorization, or sent to the fulfillment/origin address on the parcel, cannot be tracked, processed, refunded, or returned to you. In most cases you will not need to ship anything back at all (see below).
1. Overview — Two Separate Programs
We offer two different forms of protection. They are not the same, and different conditions apply to each:

2. 100-Day Satisfaction Guarantee (Change of Mind)
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund of the product purchase price within 100 days of the delivery date, provided all of the following conditions are met:
- The item is unused, unwashed, and undamaged;
- The item is in its original packaging, with all original tags, protective materials, inserts, manuals, and accessories included;
- The item is in original, resalable condition; and
- You can provide valid proof of purchase (order number or order confirmation email).
How refunds are issued: Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method (credit/debit card, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or PayPal). Once approved, please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be processed on our side; your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post it to your account.
Return shipping for change-of-mind returns: Because our products ship internationally, you must contact us first so we can advise the most practical resolution. Where a physical return is required for a change-of-mind refund, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and the original outbound shipping charge (if any) is non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping method; we are not responsible for change-of-mind returns lost in transit.
Exchanges: If you would prefer a different KloutHome product, contact us and we will help arrange an exchange where stock allows.
3. 1-Year Limited Warranty (Manufacturing Defects)
Klout Home LLC warrants that KloutHome products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of delivery, to the original purchaser, with valid proof of purchase.
If a product is found to have a genuine manufacturing defect within this period, KloutHome will, at its discretion, replace the item or issue a refund. For valid defect claims, we cover the cost of resolving the claim and will not ask you to pay return shipping. In most cases we will resolve a defect claim without requiring you to ship the item back (photo/video evidence is sufficient).
This Limited Warranty does NOT cover:
- Normal wear and tear (including gradual dulling of blades, surface scratches, patina, or minor cosmetic marks that do not affect function);
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or accident (e.g., dropping; using a knife to pry, twist, hammer, or cut bone, frozen food, or other hard materials; using the product for anything other than its intended culinary purpose);
- Damage caused by improper care or failure to follow care instructions (e.g., dishwasher use where hand-washing is specified, prolonged soaking, not drying after washing, storing while damp);
- Rust, staining, corrosion, or discoloration arising from use, water exposure, or improper care;
- Commercial, industrial, or rental use;
- Products that have been altered, modified, repaired, or re-sharpened with inappropriate tools by anyone other than KloutHome;
- Products not purchased directly from KloutHome (e.g., purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers); and
- Theft, loss, fire, flood, or other events beyond our control.
All warranty claims are reviewed by our team and we may request photos, video, and proof of purchase. We reserve the right to decline claims that do not meet the criteria above. This Limited Warranty gives you specific rights; it is in addition to — and does not exclude, restrict, or modify — any rights or remedies you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in your country or state (see Section 8).
4. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item Received
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact support@klouthome.com within 7 days of delivery with:
- your order number;
- a clear photo or short video showing the issue; and
- (for a wrong item) a photo of the item you received.
We will make it right — a free replacement or a full refund, as appropriate. In most cases you will not need to return the item. We do not require you to ship damaged or defective goods back to our international fulfillment center as a condition of your refund or replacement.
5. How to Start a Return or Claim (Required Steps)
- Email support@klouthome.com with your order number and the reason for your request (100-day guarantee, warranty defect, or damaged/wrong item). Include photos/video where relevant.
- Wait for our reply and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). We will tell you whether a physical return is needed and, if so, provide the correct return address and instructions.
- Do not return any item before receiving an RMA. Unauthorized returns cannot be processed.
6. Australian Customers — Mandatory Consumer Guarantee Notice
(This exact wording is required by Australian law for any warranty against defects and must not be altered.)
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
To claim under the 1-Year Limited Warranty, contact Klout Home LLC at support@klouthome.com (business address: 30 N Gould St, STE R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA) within the 12-month warranty period, providing your order number and evidence of the defect. KloutHome will repair, replace, or refund eligible defective goods and will bear the reasonable expense of a valid claim; where a return is required, we will provide the return address and method. The benefits given to you by this warranty are in addition to other rights and remedies available to you under the law in relation to the goods.
7. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable
- Items that have been used, washed, sharpened, or are not in original condition (except valid defect/warranty claims);
- Items returned without original packaging or missing parts/accessories (for change-of-mind returns);
- Items marked "Final Sale" or clearance (except where faulty);
- Gift cards;
- Returns requested after the applicable window has expired (except where a longer period is required by law);
- Damage caused by misuse, accident, or normal wear and tear.
8. Your Statutory Rights Are Protected
Nothing in this Policy limits or excludes any consumer rights you have under the mandatory laws of your country or state that cannot be waived by agreement. EU/EEA customers retain the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal on distance purchases and the minimum 2-year legal guarantee of conformity for faulty goods. UK customers retain the 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the rights to reject, repair, or replacement under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Australian and Canadian customers retain all non-excludable rights under the Australian Consumer Law and applicable Canadian consumer-protection legislation, respectively. Where your statutory rights are more generous than this Policy, your statutory rights prevail. To exercise a statutory cancellation/withdrawal right, contact support@klouthome.com; we will confirm the process and any return address.
9. Please Contact Us Before Filing a Chargeback or Dispute
If something is wrong with your order, please give us the chance to fix it first — almost every issue (delays, damage, defects, wrong items, change of mind) can be resolved quickly by emailing support@klouthome.com. Opening a payment dispute or chargeback before contacting us delays resolution and is often unnecessary. Filing a chargeback for an order that has been delivered as described, or for a change-of-mind reason outside this Policy, may be treated as a breach of our Terms of Service. This request does not affect, and is in addition to, any statutory rights you have to dispute a charge with your bank or card issuer.
