We ship KloutHome kitchenware worldwide from our international fulfillment center. We believe in full transparency about how and when your order arrives — please read the timelines below before ordering.

1. Free Worldwide Shipping

We currently offer free shipping on all orders, worldwide. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay — no separate shipping charge.

2. Duties & Taxes Included (DDP) — No Surprise Fees

All international orders ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). This means applicable import duties and taxes are already included in the price you pay at checkout — you will not be asked to pay extra customs charges when your order is delivered.

3. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after your order is placed and payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email, and a separate email with tracking information once your order ships.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

Once shipped, typical delivery transit is approximately 5–14 working days depending on destination and customs. Combined with processing, typical total timeframes are:

These are good-faith estimates, not guarantees. Delivery times can be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, weather, peak periods, and other factors outside our control. Because our items ship internationally, please allow the full window before contacting us about a delay.

5. Tracking

A tracking number is provided by email once your order ships. Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking to update after dispatch.

6. Correct Address Is the Customer's Responsibility

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you. If you notice an error, contact support@klouthome.com immediately — we can usually correct it only before the order is dispatched. Re-shipping costs for orders returned due to an incorrect address may be the customer's responsibility.

7. Delays, Lost & Undelivered Packages

  • Delays: If your order exceeds the estimated window above, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
  • Lost in transit: If tracking shows no movement for an extended period or the package is confirmed lost, contact us — we will arrange a replacement or refund.
  • Marked delivered but not received: Please check with neighbors/household and your local carrier first, then contact us within 7 days so we can help.
  • Failed delivery / unclaimed parcels: If a parcel is returned to sender because it was unclaimed or delivery could not be completed, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment (which may incur additional shipping cost) or a refund of the product price.

8. Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, see our Refund & Return Policy — contact us within 7 days with photos and we will replace or refund it.
